Here's all the new movies and shows coming to Disney Plus Canada in May

Disney Plus Canada is about to drop its new releases for May 2020, and whether you're a history buff, animation fan, or throwback enthusiast, you're going to want to watch these.

Here are the exciting new releases to add to your calendar.

May 1

The Princess Bride

Okay, so you've seen The Princess Bride a million times before, but is there anything more comforting than watching farmhand Westley rescue his true love Princess Buttercup from the repulsive Prince Humperdinck? I'll wait.

Secrets of the Zoo (S1)

This fascinating behind-the-scenes glimpse into one of the largest zoos in the U.S. is oddly watchable. In the words of one reviewer, "the series finds plenty of opportunities to engage its audience with actual life-and-death scenarios unfolding every day at the sprawling facility."

Prop Culture

If you've always been curious about how, exactly, Disney managed to make their treasure chests look so convincing in Pirates of the Caribbean, then this new series is for you. Collector Dan Lanigan takes us behind the scenes to look at iconic props from films such as The Chronicles of Narnia and Mary Poppins in this exclusive eight-episode series.
