Ryan Reynolds had the best response to Blake Lively joking that she's pregnant

Oh, Ryan Reynolds; you never fail to entertain. On Thursday, the Canadian actor's wife Blake Lively joked on Instagram that she was adding to their number of children, and Reynolds' response was pure comedy gold.

In the July 23 post, Reynolds shares a clip from his film Buried, which has been edited to show him swigging Aviation gin, his alcohol brand that he bought in 2018.

"Before Deadpool, I was an actor," he captioned the post. "One of my favorite projects was a film called 'Buried' and it's now on @Hulu. 10 years later, it really holds up! Although I don't recall the aggressive product placement. #Buried."

Naturally, Blake Lively couldn't resist weighing in on her husband's Instagram post, writing, "I think this just got me pregnant."

Reynolds' response?

"I will be out of the office starting July 22nd through the middle of forever and ever," he wrote. "If you need immediate assistance during my absence, please contact someone. anyone. Otherwise I will respond to your message as soon as possible upon my unlikely return. Thank you."

The response is especially funny considering the fact that the couple already have three children together: James (5), Inez (3) and another daughter whose name hasn't been revealed.

However, some Taylor Swift fans think that their youngest child could be named Betty after some lyrics seem to hint at it in a song on Swift's latest album, Folklore.

Ryan Reynolds also recently trolled Buckingham Palace in an Instagram post, ordering the palace's expensive brand of gin and threatening to pay for it in loonies.
