Someone in Canada shot fireworks from their car while driving on the highway

A Saskatoon driver decided to celebrate Canada Day early this year by setting off a flurry of fireworks from their car.

The 20-second clip shows the car cruising down the Idylwyld Freeway while fireworks are launched out of multiple windows in different directions.

The footage first surfaced over the weekend on "Unofficially The City of Saskatoon" — a popular Facebook page in Saskatchewan.

Saskatoon police are unable to proceed with an investigation until more details surface, saying, "Right now, we don’t know who is involved or when and where it took place."

They ask anyone with information to come forward.
